Prohibited Conduct
Hamro Sano Sansar strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, distribution, solicitation, promotion, facilitation, or possession of content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
We also prohibit grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitation, trafficking-related activity involving minors, and any other behavior that places children at risk.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report inappropriate content, accounts, messages, comments, or other activity using the reporting features available inside the Hamro Sano Sansar app.
Reports involving child safety are treated as high priority and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.
Enforcement
Content or accounts that violate these standards may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.
Where required by applicable law, Hamro Sano Sansar may preserve relevant information and cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement authorities, child-safety organizations, or other legally authorized bodies.
Compliance
Hamro Sano Sansar complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and does not knowingly permit Child Sexual Abuse Material or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the service.
