Request Account Deletion
Email your request to admin@hamrosanosansar.com. We review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, but deletion is not instant.
Hamro Sano Sansar is a community platform for Nepali people in the United States. If you want to delete your account, request deletion of personal data, or ask a privacy question, please contact us using one of the methods below.

We review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, but deletion is not instant.
Deletion / retention outcome
Account deletion or data deletion may remove or disable account profile information and personal data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, dispute handling, payment/subscription records, or audit logs. We may also retain limited information needed to prevent abuse, investigate violations, or comply with applicable obligations.

Membership and subscriptions
Active Sadasya membership unlocks full app features. Subscriptions and purchase records are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat where applicable. Deleting an HSS account does not always cancel a store-managed subscription automatically, so users should also manage subscriptions through their app store account.
